All the best to the LFTC triathletes racing this weekend and especially those taking on Ironman 70.3 UK in Wimbleball. I have never done the race but I understand Wimbleball is a beautiful location. The course is a testing one with a fairly ‘cool’ lake swim, an ‘undulating’ bike with almost 4000 feet of climbing and a run over ‘mixed terrain’ with another 1323 feet of climbing. Just in case you have a little down time and need some motivation pre-race, here is a doco on Craig ‘Crowie’ Alexander that I found.
